Well... it is in the rules.
@aribittss321555555 I am not an expert, but if there was no further feedback it is possible that you closed your appeal yourself accidentally.

Fair warning: Even making a post there is not guaranteed to help and a reply might take several days.
NG Moderator is a voluntary position. The people on the moderation team have a regular day job and when they log into NG they are greeted with more work - including lots of "emergencies". To the best of my knowledge, reviewing a case 'another moderator has already reviewed' does not have a high priority.
My advice would be to read the rules* again and look at the last two(-ish) pages of the thread I linked, so you know what to expect and what pitfalls to avoid.
